At Glaminary – Whispered Radiance, every creation reflects nature’s purity refined through science. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and this policy is designed to balance customer care, hygiene standards, and legal clarity.

Every Glaminary product undergoes stringent quality checks prior to dispatch. We partner exclusively with certified third-party manufacturers operating under GMP and ISO standards, ensuring safety, consistency, and excellence in every formulation.

Due to the hygienic, consumable, and personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once products are opened, used, or tampered with, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product
You received an incorrect product different from what was ordered

To initiate a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glaminary@gmail.com, along with:

Your order ID
Clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging
For faster and smoother resolution, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims will be assessed based on the available evidence provided, and the absence of an unboxing video may impact the nature or speed of resolution.
Glaminary reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on internal verification, available evidence, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, banking partner, or external processing delays.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment wherever technically feasible.

In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, inactive, or unsuccessful, refunds may be issued through an alternative method such as bank transfer, after necessary verification.

Glaminary shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated refund details provided by the customer.

Shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is initiated due to an error on Glaminary’s part.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, subject to order status.

Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Glaminary reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Product unavailability
Payment failure
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged, Missing or Incomplete Orders.

If any item in your order is damaged, leaked, or missing upon delivery :

Notify us within 48 hours.

Share images or videos of the package and contents.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund as per this policy.

At present, Glaminary does not offer reverse pickup services. Approved replacements or refunds may be processed without requiring return of the product, subject to internal verification.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and hygiene, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. This helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring product integrity for every customer.
